24754 Aged Trial Balance

 

PURPOSE

 

Aged Trial Balance will show for each supplier the total amount owing to them as well as aged subtotals, based on a user specified aging date.

 

Aged Trial Balance is accessed from:

  • Accounts Payable Month End menu.

 

PROCEDURE

 

Select Aged Trial Balance from the Accounts Payable Month End menu.

 

** AGING DATE ? (CR FOR PERIOD ENDING DATE): MMDDYY

 

Enter the aging date.

 

Typically, if doing your month end this would be the last day of the current month.

 

 

[Enter] for last period ending date.

 

** CURRENCY CODE (CR=ALL): __

 

Enter the desired currency code.

 

[Enter] to include all currency codes.

 

** GROSS OR NET AMOUNTS ? (G/N):

 

[Enter] or "G" for gross amounts.

 

"N" for net amounts (gross minus discounts).

 

[F3] to re-enter previous field.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

** START AT ? (CR=FIRST):

 

Enter the code of the supplier to begin the report.

 

[Enter] for the first supplier in the system.

 

[F3] to re-enter previous field.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

** END AFTER ? (CR=LAST):

 

Enter the code of the supplier to end the report.

 

[Enter] for last supplier in the system.

 

[F3] to re-enter previous field.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

** AGED CATEGORY ? (30/60/90) OR CR FOR ALL:

 

Enter the aged category (30, 60 or 90 days).

 

[Enter] for All categories.

 

[F3] to re-enter previous field.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

** GUARANTEED ONLY ? (Y/N/CR):

 

[Enter] for both guaranteed and not guaranteed.

 

"Y" for guaranteed only.

 

"N" for not guaranteed only.

 

[F3] to re-enter previous field.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

** INCLUDE INVOICES FROM HISTORY? (Y/N): N

 

[Enter] or "N" to not include invoices from history.

 

This is the default.

 

 

"Y" to include invoices from history.

 

If you are printing the report using a previous month's aging date.

 

 

[F3] to re-enter previous field.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

** PRESS CR TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to generate the report.

 

[F3] to re-enter previous field.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

You are taken to the print menu.
