Enter the date to define in the format MMDDYYYY.
[Enter] to accept the default date.
[F4] to exit to menu.
If you enter a date on which a statutory holiday is not defined the following prompt displays.
[Enter] to create a statutory holiday on this date.
"N" to not create a statutory holiday on this date.
[F3] to return to the previous prompt.
[F4] to return to the DATE field.
Enter a description for the holiday.
[Enter] to accept the new holiday.
[F2] to modify description or date.

All data entered is deleted.
PROCEDURE - MODIFY STATUTORY HOLIDAY
If you enter a date on which a statutory holiday is defined or press [F2] after entering the description of a new holiday, the following prompt displays.
"1" to modify the description.
Enter the new description in the description field. Press [Enter] when complete.
[Enter] to accept the new description.
[F2] to modify the new description.
[F4] to discard the new description.
"C" to change the date.
Enter the desired date in the format MMDDYYYY.
"Y" to accept the new date.
"N" to discard the new date.
"D" to delete the holiday.
"Y" to delete it.
"N" to not delete it.
The cursor returns to the DATE field. Press [F4] to exit the program or enter a new or existing date.
