Displays the company you are currently working in.
Enter the report code you wish to access.
You can not add a new code from this program.
[F5] to display list of report generator reports for selection.
Enter the 2 digit section number you wish to access or add.
[F3] re-enter the report code.
ADD A SECTION NUMBER AND TITLE
If you enter a section number which is not defined the following prompt displays.
[Enter] to add a new section number and title.
The program will step you through each field (see FIELDS below). Once all fields have been entered, the following prompt is displayed.
[Enter] to accept and update.
[F2] to modify.
See MODIFY AN EXISTING SECTION NUMBER below.
[F4] to not add section and return to SECTION NUMBER field.
[F2] to not add a new section number and title.
You may enter a different NEW section number, an existing section number or press [F4] to exit.
MODIFY AN EXISTING SECTION NUMBER AND TITLE
If you enter an existing section number the following prompt is displayed.
[Enter] not to modify the section and return to the SECTION NUMBER field.
"M" to modify.
Enter the number of the field you wish to modify.
Once you have modified the field data (see FIELDS below) press [Enter] to return to this prompt where you may enter the number of additional fields to modify or press [Enter] again to end modifications.
[Enter] when modifications are complete.
[Enter] to accept changes and update.
The file is updated and you are returned to the SECTION NUMBER field.
[F2] to make additional modifications.
You are returned to the FIELD NUMBER prompt above.
[F4] to cancel changes and return to SECTION NUMBER field.
"D" to delete the section number and title.
"Y" to delete the section number and title.
"N" to not delete the section number and title.

FIELDS
Displays the company you are currently working in.
Enter the report code you wish to access.
You can not add a new code from this program.
[F5] to display list of report generator reports for selection.
Enter the 2 digit section number you wish to access or add.
[F3] re-enter the report code.
Enter the section title to print in the report.
Prefix with * to not print the word TOTAL.
Prefix with ** to not print section title at the total.
"+" to indicate that the usual sign of the balance is positive.
"-" to indicate that the usual sign of the balance is negative.
"Y" to print the section title as the heading.
"N" to not print a heading.
"Y" to print total.
"N" to not print total.
Totals are calculated and may be included in other totals.
"-" to precede the section total by a single line.
"=" to precede the section total by a double line.
"N" to not precede the section total by a line.
"Y" to add a blank line after the section.
"N" to not add a blank line after the section.
"Y" to indent section lines relative to the heading.
"N" to align section lines with the heading.
"Y" to print each line within the section range.
"N" to print only the section title and total.
"Y" to begin a new page after the section.
"N" to not begin a new page after the section.
