Displays the company number you are currently working in.
Enter the report code you wish to access.
You can not add a new report code from this program.
[F5] to display a list of report generator reports.
Enter the column number you wish to access or add.
[F3] to re-enter report code.
ADD A COLUMN
If you enter a column number which is not defined the following prompt displays.
[Enter] to add a new column.
The program steps you through each field (see FIELDS below). Once all fields have been entered, the following prompt is displayed.
[Enter] to accept and update.
[F2] to modify.
See MODIFY AN EXISTING COLUMN below.
[F4] to not add column and return to COLUMN NUMBER field.
[F2] to not add a new column.
You may specify a different new Column Number, an existing Column Number or press [F4] to exit.
MODIFY AN EXISTING COLUMN
If you enter an existing column number the following prompt is displayed.
[Enter] to not modify column and return to the COLUMN NUMBER field.
"M" to modify.
When you enter "M" the program will display the following prompt.
Enter the number of the field you wish to modify.
Once you have modified the field (see FIELDS below) press [Enter] to return to this prompt where you may enter the number of additional fields to modify or press [Enter] again to end modifications.
[Enter] when modifications are complete.
[Enter] to accept changes and update.
The file is updated and you are returned to the COLUMN NUMBER field.
[F2] to make additional modifications.
You are returned to the FIELD NUMBER prompt above.
[F4] to cancel changes and return to COLUMN NUMBER field.
"D" to delete the column.
"Y" to delete the column.
"N" to not delete the column.

Displays the company number you are currently working in.

[Enter] to bypass.
[F3] to re-enter column number.
Enter the bottom heading description of the column.
[Enter] to bypass.
[F3] to re-enter top heading description.
Enter the starting position of the column.
This is from the left edge of the paper in columns.
[Enter] to accept the default position for the column.
[F3] to re-enter bottom heading description.
