31678 Job Master Maintenance

PURPOSE

The job master maintenance program enables you to add, modify and delete customer related jobsite codes. Jobsite codes can in turn be referenced during sales order entry for orders designated for specific jobs and jobsites for customers who want to track their orders by the job. During sales order entry, for customers with job codes, the operator must enter a job code in order to complete the sale.

Job Master Maintenance is accessed from:

  • Order Processing Maintenance menu.
  • Sales Order Entry, Header Entry.

PROCEDURE

Select Job Master Maintenance from the Order Processing Maintenance menu or press [F6] at the JOB field of sales order entry, header entry. The job master maintenance screen displays.
