[F3] to reselect batch.
[F4] to exit to menu.
"1" to print already selected orders.
Select this option to print all of the orders currently selected for the batch.
"2" to flag orders for deselection from batch.
Select this option when you determine after reviewing the registers that specific orders require modification. Deselection enables you to remove specified orders from the batch so they can be modified without requiring a reprint of the entire batch. See 31576 - ORDER REGISTER AND UPDATE, DE-SELECTION.
"3" to do the following:
Select this option after orders have been flagged for deselection.
"4" to abort batch and reselect orders using same batch number.
Select this option when you want to maintain the sequence of batch numbers. This does not remove any orders from the system, but simply makes them available to be selected in a new batch.
"A" to abort batch.
Select this option to discard the batch. This does not remove any orders from the system, but simply makes them available to be selected in a new batch. The batch number is lost. If you are concerned about maintaining an unbroken sequence of batch numbers for audit purposes, select option "4" instead.
"U" to update batch.
See 31577 - ORDER REGISTER AND UPDATE, UPDATE.
