GL5-11 G/L LISTINGS, REPORTS AND FORMS
28559 Section Breaks Listing

 

PURPOSE

 

The section breaks listing prints the parameters that have been entered via the section breaks maintenance program.

 

Section Breaks Listing is accessed from:

  • G/L Statement Formatting menu.

 

PROCEDURE

 

When you select Section Breaks Listing from the G/L Statement Formatting menu the following prompts display.

 

COMPANY OR DIVISION LEVEL ? (C/D):

 

"C" to print the company consolidation section breaks.

 

"D" to prints the section breaks for selected divisions.

 

You are prompted to select a division.

 

 

DIVISION NUMBER ? (CR FOR ALL):

 

Enter the desired division.

 

[Enter] for all divisions.

 

** PRESS CR TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to continue to the print selection menu.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

"1" to change printers.

 

"2" to change the CPI and/or print density.

 

[Enter] to print.

 

[F4] to not print and exit to the menu.

 

[F5] to display a list of printers for selection.
