GL5-10 G/L LISTINGS, REPORTS AND FORMS
28558 Report Parameters Listing

 

PURPOSE

 

The report parameters listing consolidates and prints all of the report generator parameters and definitions as defined via the report codes, column headings, section titles, major sections, line titles and report details maintenance programs.

 

Report Parameters Listing is accessed from:

  • G/L Report Generator Maintenance menu.

 

PROCEDURES

 

When you select Report Parameters Listing from the G/L Report Generator Maintenance menu the following prompts display.

 

STARTING REPORT CODE (CR=1ST):

 

Enter the first report code parameters to print.

 

[Enter] for the first generator report code.

 

ENDING REPORT CODE  (CR=LAST):

 

Enter the last report code parameters to print.

 

[Enter] for the last generator report code.

 

DETAIL OR SUMMARY REPORT (D/S):

 

"D" to print all details of the report parameters.

 

"S" to print a summary of the report parameters.

 

** PRESS 'CR' TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to continue to print selection menu.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

"1" to change printers.

 

"2" to change the CPI and/or print density.

 

[Enter] to print.

 

[F4] to not print and exit to the menu.

 

[F5] to display a list of printers for selection.
