25665 Customer Master Report

 

PURPOSE

 

The customer master report prints relevant customer master information for each customer.

 

Customer Master Report is accessed from:

  • A/R Main menu

 

PROCEDURE

 

When you select the Customer Master Report from the A/R Main menu the following prompts display.

 

** SALES GROUP ? (CR=ALL):

 

Enter the desired sales group.

 

If a sales group is specified, only customers that reference that sales group will be printed.

 

 

[Enter] for all sales groups.

 

** ALPHA OR NUMERIC SEQUENCE ? (A/N):

 

"A" to print in alpha code sequence.

 

"N" to print in numeric code sequence (if applicable).

 

** STORE ? (CR FOR ALL):

 

Enter a store code.

 

If a store code is specified, only customers that reference that store code will be printed.

 

 

[Enter] for all stores.

 

** SHORT OR LONG FORMAT ? (S/L):

 

"S" for short format, address information does not print.

 

"L" for long format, address information prints.

 

** STARTING CUSTOMER CODE (CR FOR FIRST):

 

Enter the starting alpha or numeric customer code.

 

[Enter] for the first customer.


** ENDING CUSTOMER CODE (CR FOR LAST):

 

Enter the ending alpha or numeric customer code.

 

[Enter] for the last customer.

 

** BAD DEBTS ONLY ? (Y/CR):

 

"Y" to print only bad debt accounts.

 

These accounts have information in their Creditel field.

 

 

[Enter] to print all accounts.

 

** SALESMAN ? (CR FOR ALL):

 

Enter the desired salesman code.

 

If a salesman code is specified, only customers that reference that salesman code as being their responsible salesperson will be printed.

 

 

[Enter] for all salesmen.

 

** PRESS CR TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to continue to print selection menu.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

"1" to change printers.

 

"2" to change the CPI and/or print density.

 

[Enter] to print.

 

[F4] to not print and exit to the menu.

 

[F5] to display a list of printers for selection.
