25662 Customer Code Listing

 

PURPOSE

 

The customer code listing program prints a list of all customers.

 

Customer Code Listing is accessed from:

  • A/R Main menu

 

PROCEDURE

 

When you select Customer Code Listing from the A/R Main menu the following prompts display.

 

** ALPHA OR NUMERIC SEQUENCE (A/N):

 

"A" to print in alpha code sequence.

 

"N" to print in numeric code sequence (if applicable).

 

[Enter] to accept the default "A".

 

** SALES GROUP ? (CR=ALL):

 

Enter the desired sales group.

 

If a sales group is specified, only customers that reference that sales group will be printed.

 

 

[Enter] for all sales groups.

 

** STARTING CUSTOMER CODE (CR FOR FIRST):

 

Enter the starting alpha or numeric customer code.

 

[Enter] for the first customer.

 

** ENDING CUSTOMER CODE (CR FOR LAST):

 

Enter the ending alpha or numeric customer code.

 

[Enter] for the last customer.

 

** EXCLUDE 'TO-PURGE' CUSTOMERS?:

 

"Y" to not print customers flagged as "to purge".

 

This generally only applies to multi-store environments where deleted customers are retained on the system with a "to purge" status for a period of time before being actually removed from the system.

 

 

"N" to print such customers anyway.


** PRESS CR TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to continue to print selection menu.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

"1" to change printers.

 

"2" to change the CPI and/or print density.

 

[Enter] to print.

 

[F4] to not print and exit to the menu.

 

[F5] to display a list of printers for selection.
