PR5-10 Employee Titles Listing

 

PURPOSE

 

The employee titles listing program prints a list of titles codes selected for use in your company payrolls in the company maintenance program, screen 8. See 31182 COMPANY MAINTENANCE.

 

Employee Titles Listing is accessed from:

  • Payroll Super User menu.

 

PROCEDURE

 

Select Employee Titles Listing from the Payroll Super User menu. You are taken directly to the print selection menu. There are no options for this program.

"1" to change printers.

 

"2" to change the CPI and/or print density.

 

[Enter] to print.

 

[F4] to not print and exit to the menu.

 

[F5] to display a list of printers for selection.
