If you press [F12] at the above prompt, the General Inquiry Options window will open. It is not necessary to display the General Inquiry Options first. But in either case, simply press [F5] to access the System General Inquiry.

From the input prompt of any displayed inquiry press [F5] to access the System General Inquiry.
If this message appears, your security profile does not permit access to this inquiry.
If your security profile permits access to this inquiry a list of files and options will be displayed. The files displayed will be specific to the system module from which you are accessing the inquiry. In the following illustration, the module is A/P Currency Code Maintenance:
