AR5-12 Customer Sales Summary

 

PURPOSE

 

The customer sales summary prints sales dollars, profit dollars and profit percentage information based on month to date, year to date and/or last year statistics for each customer. If you are printing this report for the month to date statistics, it should be printed at period end as the month to date information for this report is cleared out during the A/R month end purge.

 

Customer Sales Summary is accessed from:

  • A/R Reports and Month End menus

 

PROCEDURE

 

When you select Sales Summary from the A/R Reports or Month End menu the following prompts display.

 

** ALPHA OR NUMERIC SEQUENCE ? (A/N):

 

"A" to print in alpha code sequence.

 

"N" to print in numeric code sequence (if applicable).

 

** SALES GROUP ? (CR=ALL):

 

Enter the desired sales group.

 

If a sales group is specified, only customers that reference that sales group will be printed.

 

 

[Enter] for all sales groups.

 

** STARTING CUSTOMER CODE (CR FOR FIRST):

 

Enter the starting alpha or numeric customer code.

 

[Enter] for the first customer.

 

** ENDING CUSTOMER CODE (CR FOR LAST):

 

Enter the ending alpha or numeric customer code.

 

[Enter] for the last customer.

 

** MTD, YTD OR LYR STATS? (CR=ALL):

 

"M" to print only month to date statistics.

 

"Y" to print only year to date statistics.

 

"L" to print only last year statistics.


"M""Y" to print both month and year to date statistics.

 

Any combination of month and year can be specified.

 

 

[Enter] to print month and year to date and last year statistics.

 

** PRESS CR TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to continue to print selection menu.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.
