AR5-04 Billing Summary

 

PURPOSE

 

The billing summary report prints a summary of all invoices issued via the A/R direct billing and sales order entry programs since the last A/R Month End Purge was performed. This report should be printed at period end as the information for this report is cleared out during the A/R month end purge.

 

Billing Summary is access from:

  • A/R Report and Month End menus

 

PROCEDURE

 

When you select Billing Summary Report from the A/R Report or Month End menu the following prompts display.

 

** INVOICE OR CUSTOMER SEQUENCE? (I/C):

 

"I" to print in invoice number sequence.

 

"C" to print in customer code and invoice number sequence.

 

** TRANSFERS ONLY? (Y/N/CR=N):

 

"Y" to print only inter-store transfers.

 

These are generated via the sales order entry program.

 

 

"N" to print customer invoices and inter-store transfers.

 

** PRESS CR TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to continue to print selection menu.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

"1" to change printers.

 

"2" to change the CPI and/or print density.

 

[Enter] to print.

 

[F4] to not print and exit to the menu.

 

[F5] to display a list of printers for selection.
