AP5-08 Division Summary Report

 

PURPOSE

 

The division summary report shows month-to-date and year-to-date purchases by division, for each supplier. The report may be printed at any time during the month. It is recommended you print it as part of your month end/year end routine to provide you with important purchasing information.

 

Division Summary Report is accessed from:

  • Accounts Payable Month End menu

 

PROCEDURE

 

Select Division Summary Report from the Accounts Payable Month End menu.

 

** DIVISION CODE (CR FOR ALL):

 

Enter a division code.

 

[Enter] for all divisions.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

** PRESS CR TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to generate the report.

 

[F3] to re-enter division code.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

You are taken to the print menu.

"2" to change the CPI and/or print density.

[F5] to display a list of printers for selection.
