TB5-31 Unbilled Annual Summary

 

PURPOSE

 

The unbilled annual summary report program prints an annual summary format of unbilled time and disbursements for the specified lawyer(s) and client or range of clients. The report includes the current and last three years. Unbilled amounts older than three years are summarized in a separately.

 

Unbilled Annual Summary is accessed from:

  • Time Billing Reports menu.

 

PROCEDURE

 

Select Miscellaneous Reports - Unbilled Annual Summary from the Time Billing Reports menu. The following prompts display.

 

** FOR ASSIGNED LAWYER? (ENTER=ALL):

 

Enter assigned lawyer code to include.

 

[Enter] to include all lawyers.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

[F5] to display list of lawyer/timekeepers for selection.

 

** ENTER STARTING CLIENT (ENTER=1ST):

 

Enter client code to begin report.

 

[Enter] to begin with first client on file.

 

[F3] to return to the previous field.

 

[F5] to display list of client/matter codes for selection.

 

** ENTER ENDING CLIENT (ENTER=LAST):

 

Enter client code to end the report.

 

[Enter] to end with last client on file.

 

[F3] to return to the previous field.

 

[F5] to display list of client/matter codes for selection.

 

** PRESS ENTER TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to continue to print selection menu.

 

[F3] to return to the previous field.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

"2" to change the CPI and/or print density.
