TB5-08 Closed Files Listing

 

PURPOSE

 

The closed file listing prints a list of closed files. You may select to sort the list by original file number, closed file number, closed date, destruction date, or by all of the preceding options.

 

Closed Files List is accessed from:

  • Time Billing Processing menu.

 

PROCEDURE

 

Select Closed Files List from the Time Billing Processing menu. the following prompts display.

 

(1) BY FILE NUMBER
(2) BY CLOSED FILE NUMBER
(3) BY CLOSED DATE
(4) BY DESTRUCTION DATE
(5) BY ALL 4 OPTIONS
** ENTER SELECTION (ENTER='2'):

 

[Enter] to accept default value.

 

"1" to sort closed files by file number.

 

(1) SORT BY NUMERIC CODE
(2) SORT BY ALPHA CODE
** ENTER SELECTION (ENTER='1'):

 

[Enter] to accept the default value "1".

 

"1" to sort by numeric code.

 

"2" to sort by alphabetic code.

 

** ENTER STARTING CLOSED FILE NUMBER (ENTER=START):

 

Enter number of closed file to begin list.

 

[Enter] to begin list with first closed file.

 

** ENTER ENDING CLOSED FILE NUMBER (ENTER=END):

 

Enter number of closed file to end list.

 

[Enter] to begin list with last closed file.


"2" to sort closed files by closed file number.

 

** ENTER STARTING CLOSED FILE NUMBER (ENTER=START):

 

Enter number of closed file to begin list.

 

[Enter] to begin list with first closed file.

 

** ENTER ENDING CLOSED FILE NUMBER (ENTER=END):

 

Enter number of closed file to end list.

 

[Enter] to begin list with last closed file.

 

"3" to sort closed files by closed date.

 

** ENTER STARTING CLOSED FILE NUMBER (ENTER=START):

 

Enter number of closed file to begin list.

 

[Enter] to begin list with first closed file.

 

** ENTER ENDING CLOSED FILE NUMBER (ENTER=END):

 

Enter number of closed file to end list.

 

[Enter] to begin list with last closed file.

 

"4" to sort closed files by destruction date.

 

** ENTER STARTING CLOSED FILE NUMBER (ENTER=START):

 

Enter number of closed file to begin list.

 

[Enter] to begin list with first closed file.

 

** ENTER ENDING CLOSED FILE NUMBER (ENTER=END):

 

Enter number of closed file to end list.

 

[Enter] to begin list with last closed file.

 

"5" to sort closed files by all criteria.

 

Includes: file number, closed file number, closed date and destruction date.

 

 

(1) SORT BY NUMERIC CODE
(2) SORT BY ALPHA CODE
** ENTER SELECTION (ENTER='1'):

 

[Enter] to accept the default value "1".

 

"1" to sort by numeric code.

 

"2" to sort by alphabetic code.

 

** ENTER STARTING CLOSED FILE NUMBER (ENTER=START):

 

Enter number of closed file to begin list.

 

[Enter] to begin list with first closed file.


** ENTER ENDING CLOSED FILE NUMBER (ENTER=END):

 

Enter number of closed file to end list.

 

[Enter] to begin list with last closed file.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

 

** ENTER STARTING DESTRUCTION DATE (ENTER=START):

 

Enter destruction date to begin list in the format MMDDYYYY.

 

[Enter] to begin list with the first destruction date on file.

 

[F2] for current system date.

 

** ENTER ENDING DESTRUCTION DATE (ENTER=END):

 

Enter destruction date to end list in the format MMDDYYYY.

 

[Enter] to end list with the last destruction date on file.

 

[F2] for current system date.

 

** PRESS ENTER TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to continue to print selection menu.

 

[F3] to return to the previous field.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

"1" to change printers.

 

"2" to change the CPI and/or print density.

 

[Enter] to print.

 

[F4] to not print and exit to the menu.

 

[F5] to display a list of printers for selection.
