GL4-09-09 Report Generator Report Deletions

 

PURPOSE

 

The Report Deletions program allows you to delete a report code and all of the associated parameters and definitions.

 

 

PROCEDURE

 

Select Report Deletions from the Report Generator Maintenance menu. The following prompt is displayed.

 

REPORT CODE

 

Enter the code of the report you want to delete.

 

REPORT NAME

 

Displays the report description.

 

OK TO DELETE? (Y/N):

 

"Y" to delete the report code.

 

"N" to cancel the deletion.
