Once your payroll system has been set up, ie the file maintenance has been done and all balances have been transferred, you can start using the payroll module on a daily basis to process your payroll. While the other modules consist of programs that are used on a daily basis, period end basis or as required, payroll programs are nearly all used on an as required basis, ie according to your pay period schedule.
