AR5-06 Customer Master Conversion

 

PURPOSE

 

The customer master conversion report prints an audit trail of activity that has occurred in the A/R customer code conversion program.

 

The Customer Master Conversion Report is accessed from:

  • A/R Main menu

 

PROCEDURE

 

When you select Conversion Report from the A/R Main menu the following prompts display.

 

** PRINT AUDIT TRAIL SINCE? (ENTER=BEGINNING):

 

Enter the start date.

 

This is the date from which you want to print A/R Customer Code Conversion activity.

 

 

[Enter] for all activity.

 

** START AT/AFTER (CR=FIRST):

 

Enter the starting alpha customer code.

 

[Enter] for the first customer.

 

** END AFTER      (CR=LAST):

 

Enter the ending alpha customer code.

 

[Enter] for the last customer.

 

** PRESS ENTER TO CONTINUE:

 

[Enter] to continue to print selection menu.

 

[F4] to exit to menu.

"1" to change printers.

 

"2" to change the CPI and/or print density.

 

[Enter] to print.

 

[F4] to not print and exit to the menu.

 

[F5] to display a list of printers for selection.
